Description:
When the user locks and unlocks the screen while the text selection bubble is displayed, it remains on the lock screen.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150220010206.
2) Go to any website with text.
3) Long tap on any text to bring up the text selection bubble.
4) Press the power button to lock the device.
5) Press the power button again to bring the lock screen.

Actual:
The text selection bubble appears on the lock screen, and is functional.

Expected:
The text selection bubble  does not appear on the lock screen.

This issue does NOT reproduce on Flame 2.2.

Result: The text selection bubble  does not appear on the lock screen.

Cause: The changes for Bug 1119704 or Bug 1123250 might have caused this issue. 

Note: Bug 1127953 does occur in the builds that are considered last working.  These are thought to be separate issues since that issue occurs on 2.2 while this issue does not as well as this persisting while Bug 1127953 is only momentary.

This bug has been verified as "pass" on latest Nightly build of Flame v3.0 by the STR in Comment 0.
