+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1134680 +++

Where we display keyboard apps in Settings, we should use the short_name instead of the name when the manifest provides one. 

See bug 1137501 for some refactoring that we want to be consistent with here.

Note that now bug 1137501 has landed, implementation of this is just a matter of using the '.displayName' property from the ManifestHelper, which will gives us .short_name if one is provided in the manifest, otherwise the usual .name
