CSS/HTML codes appear in some areas in Accented English.

STR:
0) Device is in "Runtime Accented" language
1) Go to Clock > add an alarm

- observe the banner that appears informing user of how much time until the alarm is activated

2) Ensure Rocketbar hasn't been used before, and connect to internet
3) Type 3 characters into the Rocketbar

- observe the rectangular bubble that appears in Search page

Expected at (1) and (3): No CSS/HTML codes appear

Actual at (1) and (3): CSS/HTML codes like <strong>, <span> appear. See attached screenshot.

thanks for reporting. Let's wait and see what answer we get from Bug 1143140 before filing any more of these, so we know if Gandalf and stas can fix this or if we'll just have to live with it and take it into consideration when testing :D

Bug 1143140 has been fixed, it looks like this issue is fixable?
