As Romanian is one of the target locales for v2.2, it would be nice to have the associated keyboard layout.

Need keyboard with Romanian diacritics ă,î,â,ț,ș, „, ”  and others.
Need Romanian dictionary.

Triage: this does not block 2.2, don't see any info that 2.2 is targeted Romania.

And seems like we already have the Romanian dictionary?

Hey all
Correct! I see the dictionary here https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/tree/v2.2/apps/keyboard/js/imes/latin/dictionaries
I also see the Romanian keyboard on 2.2 as per https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/tree/v2.2/apps/keyboard/js/layouts
so seems like we are good on these :)
Raul: please met me know if you have issues pulling these up. You would have to flash gaia multilocale I believe, instructions are: https://l10n.etherpad.mozilla.org/gaia-multilocale

Yes, I Know this.

But in Flame phone not have Romanian keyboard. I updating Flame to Gaia 2.2 with this build(Production builds (including locales) ): https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/b2g/nightly/latest-mozilla-b2g37_v2_2-flame-kk/ (from procedure by: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox_OS/Phone_guide/Flame/Updating_your_Flame)

Autoupdates working fine. Menu and all options are localization into Romanian. But Romanian keyboard are missing!Only Number, English, Portugues, Espanol, Deutsch, Francais, Polski, Dvorak, Chinese and Japannese keyboard are available.

I do not understanding. :P

Yes that is because there are memory issues, so we can not include all keyboards and wordcorrections by default on Flames. This is why you will not see this by default for Romanian.
So you will need to do an extra step to flash these, which can be found on  https://l10n.etherpad.mozilla.org/gaia-multilocale 
Please try this, it should work. If you run into any difficulties, please reach out on #l10n or dev.l10n mailing list, since many other localizers have to do the same as you, and can probbaly help you out :)

The problem mentioned by Raul is that builds (builded automatically and) uploaded on Mozilla's FTP servers don't include Romanian keyboard and T9 feature for Romanian locale. So this bug is a request to add Romanian keyboard and T9 feature for Romanian locale.
Now I am using Geeksphone Keon and for this device I have Romanian keybord and T9.
And it would be nice to do this for Flame too.

Thanks for explaining, I didn't understand that :) As I mention on comment 5, this is due to memory issues. IIRC, we can not add more keyboards and dictionaries to builds by default, because of memory concerns.
Maybe you can raise this on dev.l10n and dev.gaia mailing lists rather? You might get better chance that way :) cheers!

So, I updating my Flame with auto update OTA, NOT flashing. So, if I adding keyboard files today, tomorrow these files disappear when updating phone.

Honestly, I think these locales just made it there first, and then someone realized that there wasn't enough space to add more. This is just a coincidence and arbitrary decision, IMO.
Your locale is not the only one in this case: we have like 90 locales on FxOS, and right now it's possible to include all the keyboards and dict.
However as I mention, it would be worth that you raise this on dev.l10n and dev.gaia mailing lists. I'm sorry but I can't help more with this. I think it was a developer decision, so you should check with them on the mailing lists. Sorry for the hassle, I understand the frustration, but it's not my call, most unfortunately.
