Steps to reproduce:
Set up filter for custom header (in this case Authentication-Results), and if the header contains "dmarc=pass" then add a tag. This only works if there is one instance of the Authentication-Results header in the email.
Actual results:
If there is only one Authentication-Results header then the tag is added correctly. If there is a second header that contains the required string then the filter rule is not applied.
Expected results:
The tag should be added irrespective of the number of occurrences of the Authentication-Results header in the email.

This bug remains listed as unconfirmed with nobody working on it. I would be happy to provide diagnostics that would help point to what needs to be fixed to squash this bug but I don't know how to get further diagnostics. If a developer could tell me what to do to get log files to help then I am happy to do that.
