Can I please get access to an instance of a Win7 machine on which we run mochitest 3 runs on Windows 7?

I need this for fixing bug 1143278; EME mochitests fail when I enable H.264/AAC decoding inside our own EME plugin. Which is weird, since decoding of H.264/AAC works for non EME video in other mochitests machines, so I suspect that the mochitest machines have their decoder in a different DLL than the one that the decoder is in for other versions of Windows 7.
