Steps to reproduce:

Using 
Thunderbird-36.0a1.en-US.win64-x86_64.installer

Uninstalled, Deleted Profile & Installed new but not useful.



Actual results:

QuickText Addon Worked Till 36.0a1 in Thunderbird Daily - But After that Stop working in later updated versions till 40.0a1

Templet is missing in All Updated Versions.

Even Contacted Developer of Same but not replying from last 3 Months

Posted on his forum but not replying

Many People around the World using this Addon -- Help them


Expected results:

Start Working Templet

this addon Should integrate in Thunderbird as Default.

He is not Replying.

I think Some Code of Thunderbird is changed so that Templet from Quicktext is not working from 36.0a1 Version onwards.

How to Solve This Problem.

Since it seems that add-on is not even open source (?), you're out of luck unfortunately.
