I've created sysmtem entries for the golden image instances we need for 2008 in AWS, but we need corresponding SREG records (internal IPs, no DHCP) for them.

Since we're aiming to have different prefixes for try hosts, I created https://inventory.mozilla.org/en-US/systems/show/13233/ to replace the originally named b-2008-ec2-golden.try.releng.use1.mozilla.com.

I've given both of these IPs in the srv.releng.use1.mozilla.com vlan, to match the rest of the AWS golden image instances (so we don't tromp on IP addresses).

I deleted the entries for bld-2008-ec2-golden.

I created a new machine class "EC2 instances - r3.xlarge" and set the b-2008-ec2-golden.build.releng.use1.mozilla.com and try-2008-ec2-golden.try.releng.use1.mozilla.com to that class.
