When user selects a folder, we need to create a sublist showing all its contents and user need to be able to move cursor into that folder.
The sublist disappears if user selects another item in main list.

this patch mainly do:
- Add folder list to home.
- Expands folder list after focusing a folder.
- Let scrollable able to specify reference element as an 'anchor point' to determine positions of its nodes.
Tzu-lin may you help review this patch?
Since changes inside scrollable.js involves some coordinate calculation that may not so easy to read, just feel free to ping me if needed.
