Per bug 1165320 comment #13, this regression was missed by the current tests with a Mock Alert Service used in mail/test/mozmill/notification/test-notification.js, thus should be revisited.

I just wanted to chime in and mention libnotify notifications on Thunderbird Daily (60) on Arch Linux are showing sender, subject and body preview nicely.
