There was a bug but it's for visual.  

The touch target area is too close between bug description field and add an attachment button.  After I am done typing the bug description and want to dismiss the keyboard, I touch the space between the description field box and above the "add an attachment", this brings up the attachment picker list.  I think you need to make the spacing wider so I can dismiss the keyboard.

Hi Jean & Dale,

I've updated the pdf to increase the space between the description and attachment by 0.5 rem.  Dale, can you also check that the hit targets are in the right place?  The attachment target should only be between the div lines.
