Amy, a few notes
The inputs dont have clear buttons and they dont have the animation on focus. This will be fixed by using the gaia components which is tracked in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1141857
The confirm uses the javascript 'confirm()' function which is rendered by gaia system, this means it doesnt conform to your specs, but is consistent across the OS and when the OS is upgraded to the new visual styles it will match here too
