Expanded gaia-ci raptor suite from one app to all the supported apps (12). However, there is too much test/aws variance which is causing false regression detection, so the tests are not posting to treeherder. Unable to expand the suite to include the b2g-restart test this quarter, as that is dependent upon upgrading to the emulator-kk, which is blocked (see Bug 1155780).
