115676 - message headers incorrectly formatted for printing

When printing an e-mail message, the headers are poorly formatted:

1. The font is too large. If you print showing all the headers, 
   the headers can take up well over half a page. This looks even 
   more ridiculous because of bug 81750, which makes the font of 
   the message body tiny.
2. A gray box is drawn around the recipient (the "To:" field).
   Why the recipient?
3. The left and bottom sides of a gray box are drawn around the 
   area taken by the subject, from, and date fields. The top 
   and right lines are missing.
4. If additional headers appear under the "To:" field, a separate 
   gray box is drawn around the area used by these additional 
   headers.

Expected formatting:

1. A single gray box (if any) drawn around the entire header region.
2. The header font is not larger than the message body font (for 
   plain text messages).

Using Linux trunk build 201-12-17-08, but this bug has been around for as long
as i can remember. Printed messages look ridiculous if they contain more than
just a few lines of headers. Will attach an image.

Note how much space the headers take up, the disparity between the header font
and the body font, and the gray boxes described above.

The font differences is bug 81750 via bug 86033.

That was your first issue so I am duping to it.  Please only include one issue

Sorry for combining two issues in a single bug. I have now filed a separate bug
for the issue of the gray boxes: bug 115772.

As for the font issue, although bug 86033 was indeed duped to bug 81750, all
discussion and the summary on bug 81750 deals only with the message body being
too small, not with the headers being too big. (I read through the discussion on
bug 81750 before i filed this one, but didn't notice the bug 86033 dupe.)
Therefore, one of two actions should be taken:

1. The bug 81750 summary should be amended to deal with both 
   the message body and the headers.

2. Bug 86033 should be reopened.

Which should it be?
