This appears to be Second Run Throbber stop only for webappstartup. Unless Fennec is including browser/ files, its highly unlikely to be Bug 1115365 or Bug 1152761, especially since bug 1152761 got backed out.

I didn't see anything obvious, and bug 1158309 is needed to avoid startup races, so I think we should just accept the regression.
