116308 - New/unread messages not showing up

I'm filtering my email independently of the Mozilla mail client, so whenever I
connect to my email account using Mozilla, new messages have already been moved
out of the INBOX into other IMAP mail folders. However, Mozilla never seems to
check those folders to see if there are new messages in them. Instead, I have to
click on the folders to check if new mail has arrived.

It would be nice if there were a command to force Mozilla to examine all mail
folders and see if they contain unread messages.
