1167199 - UI issues during the add-on install flow on Mac

Reproducible on: Firefox 41.0a1 and Firefox 40.0a2 using Mac OS X 10.9.5

Prerequisites: create xpinstall.signatures.dev-root pref and set it to true

1.Launch Firefox with clean profile.
2.Go to https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/?sort=users
3.Install several add-ons.

ER
The add-on install process unfolds without any issues.

AR 
Many UI issues occur during install process.

Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 41.0a1 (2015-05-20) and 40.0a2 (2015-05-21) using Mac OS X 10.9.5
- Windows and Linux platforms are not affected

Looks like bug 1167716. Do you still see these issues?

I do not see these issues anymore on Nightly (2015-06-21) and Aurora (2015-06-19) under Mac OS X 10.9.5. The only UI issue that is still present is the misaligned close buttons, when more doorhangers are simultaneously displayed - issue tracked in Bug 1150218
