B2G debug M5 on b2g37 should arguably be hidden as well given that it's nearly permafail from bug 1151711.

Is it possible not to hide whole chunk but only the permafail cases? I am afraid this will create us more permafail cases and hard to get the chunk back online.
Completely depends on the reason for the failure. If it's a specific test permafailing, sure. It's a shutdown hang like comment 1 or a timeout like many of the deps, probably not without disable large swathes of tests, which seems self-defeating.
