Details

Bug 1093815 and its children landed a new MP3 demuxer based on the MP3FrameParser and built with the new MediaDataDemuxer API. It's currently enabled for Android 5+, where we had no solution for MP3 playback. This bug covers whatever needs to be done to enable it everywhere else that we already have MP3 support, so that we're sharing as much code and behaviour as possible across platforms.
