I tried to set this up yesterday but had problems with PTR records so it will depend on IT bug 175150

working on creating this now that the dns issues have been resolved
This instance type isn't supported by us-east-1b, have to modify configs and try again Your requested instance type (c3.2xlarge) is not supported in your requested Availability Zone (us-east-1b). Please retry your request by not specifying an Availability Zone or choosing us-east-1c, us-east-1a, us-east-1d, us-east-1e.
I think I've fixed the configs for this, waiting for it to come up now

I fixed the vnc issue we discussed earlier today and was able to connect
