User Story
User Story: * As a new user, I want to understand what Tracking Protection is and how Firefox’s PBM is changing so that I don’t become frustrated by changes I don’t understand Acceptance Criteria: * A first-run experience that begins automatically on first-visit to PBM after updating to Fx42. * A user can explicitly terminate the tour, but otherwise it continues to completion. * Announces that PBM is new/improved and now includes Tracking Protection and briefly describes what the feature does * Illustrates how page layouts may appear different due to blocked images, content, or ads that contain trackers
