How stable is the spec, have we got feedback from other browser vendors?


I think this should have Intent-to-ship on dev.platform. Assuming that is done, and people aren't against shipping, r+

We've had quite a few discussions of it including at the Interim last week, and have had general agreement on wanting it for over a year.
