The elements in the dropdown list at http://www.netbank.com/login.htm have their
tops cut off, as if they overlap.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.netbank.com/login.htm


Actual Results:  The page loads, but the dropdown list entries have their tops
cut off.

Expected Results:  Each element in the list should be fully displayed.

attached.

A P element, which contains the select element, has been assigned a
{line-height: 0px;} via css.

To form controls.  This is most likely an evangelism issue (as it was for other 
sites misusing line-height in this way).

hey, when I look at the testcase, then go back, and try the selectboxes, and
surf around trying other selectboxes, they're all messed up. (see screenshot) ..
so this is not just an evangelism thing, it shouldn't stay messed up just
because one site has sloppy code.
