Amharic locale is about to reach completeness for 2.2, we should consider adding it to Gaia builds, at least on master so that testing can begin.
However, I guess this won't be possible until bug 1111950 is fixed, thus marking as dependent.
Current locale status can be tracked at http://mozilla.locamotion.org/am/firefoxos/
Once bug 1111950 is fixed, we can file bugs for Mercurial repo, keyboard layout, dictionary…
