[Flame master][Notifications]Press Home button during a call and hang up the call in the sender, the text size of the notification is too large and the timestamp is cut off.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition:One or two sim cards are inserted to DUT.

1.MO a call from another device to the DUT.
2.Receive the call on the DUT and press Home button.
3.Hang up the call on the sender.
4.Observe the notification on the DUT.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4.The text size of the notification should be normal and the timestamp cannot be cut off.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.the text size of the notification is too large and the timestamp is cut off.
