Surely a dupe of bug 1184062
Are you using a Firefox theme?
Are you using a special Win 10 theme?
If yes, can you try with the default themes in Win 10 AND Firefox, please.

Can reproduce with Tab Groups enabled. The Minimize button extends past the border provided by the lightweight theme system and into the Tab Groups button. The area for the window decorations needs to be adjusted for Windows 10.
Windows 10 Pro x64, 125% DPI scaling (default on my machine).
