Description:
When the user is in a phone call and the other party hangs up to end the call, the user will observe that their device will not sound a tone indicating that the call has ended. This feature helped a user identify when a call was dropped without having to check their device; this is also a regression.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150729013848
2) Receive a phone call.
3) Hang up the call from the opposite device.
4) Listen for a tone that indicates the call has ended.

Actual:
No tone is played for call ending

Expected:
Tone is heard on call ending

I found a strange point, we can heard the end sound if the sound came from speaker (press speaker icon in callscreen) or headset device.

However, the sound can't be heard from the receiver.

I can't reproduce this issue with latest Gecko/Gaia, maybe someone has already solved it? (maybe bug1185442)
Need QA to verify that.
