1189479 - Fix additional angular template flicker in logviewer

So in bug 1092702 about 8mo ago we fixed existing angular template flicker on page load. Will mentioned in testing today he sees additional flicker.

On my super fast macbp on OSX I didn't see any, but on my ancient PC I can repro at least on {{line.title}} on an initial page load if it has never been cached. So let's fix that.
