Windows 8.1 Today's Nightly, built from https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/ca53d4297f02 STR: 1) Go to http://www.rollingstone.com/tv/features/david-letterman-famous-fans-say-goodbye-20150520 2) Scroll around a bit using pointing device 3) Text disappears when scrolling far enough down the page such that URL query string changes to ?page=2 I could reproduce this after restarting firefox.
Is the text disappearing temporary or permanent? Do you have flash enabled? I can't repro on OS X nightly, but will try on Windows also.

Flash is CTP, not enabled on the page. I can sometimes see the text appear and flicker a bit when I start scrolling but then it's gone again.

I'm seeing this too on a lot of pages (Bugzilla etc.) on Windows 10 with Flash CTP. I'm pretty sure I noticed it just before I upgraded it to Windows 10 too (i.e. seems to be a regression from about July 29/30 JST). Not sure if bug 1187619 is related although that appeared to occur a little earlier.

Is this still happening on the latest nightly? If so, can you attach a screenshot of the problem?

The patch on bug 1189443 might help with this also, but not really sure.
