After the Mozilla splash screen disappears, a dialog box appears.  However, it
is almost entirely off the upper left corner of my screen.  The only part this
is visible are the "Yes", "No", and "Cancel" buttons at the bottom of the
dialog.  I assume this is the "Mozilla is not the default browser" dialog.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Start Mozilla
2.  Wait for splash screen to disappear


Actual Results:  Dialog box appears in upper left corner with only buttons visible.

Expected Results:  Entire dialog box should be visible

This problem does not occur with 0.9.7.
