Follow up for bug 1193133 which disables some wpt service worker tests that fail intermittently. Disabled tests: /testing/web-platform/mozilla/tests/service-workers/service-worker/fetch-event-respond-with-stops-propagation.https.html /testing/web-platform/mozilla/tests/service-workers/service-worker/fetch-request-xhr.https.html
Catalin told me over IRC that he checked the security-sensitive box by accident.

https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=b07f5ae8bb03 The try run also catched an intermittent failure with fetch-event.https.html documented in bug 1194691. By looking at the test I'd say that it shouldn't be affected, but it looks like it is. Disabling since it was already marked as a failing test.
