Hey folks,

Following on from Bug 1020033 Comment 18, could we add Margaret Leibovic and Sebastian Kaspari to the set of users for the mobile CDN bucket?

You can also drop Deb Richardson (dria), as she's no longer an FTE.

* Removed dria from the S3 access groups needed for the mobile CDN bucket.
* Margaret Leibovic appears to already have an AWS account and should have the correct permissions already.
* Added an account for Sebastian Kaspari. The Amazon access information should be in his home directory on people in a file called `s3user.txt`.

Since this it the first time I've done this, please let me know if I've missed something!

Thanks! Richard, can you document how we upload distribution directories to the CDN? I imagine there's nothing secret about this process, since you need the appropriate permissions, so it could go on the distribution wiki page.

No issues with accessing the CDN bucket have been reported.
