I can only close them by clicking a very small close button.
I remember somebody said about normal popups: "We should close them when user clicks outside of them, because clicking on a small close button is not User experience we aim to"

The fact that we are showing the menupopup on top of the UITour panel is pretty ugly. bgrins, have you seen this before?

I guess the same could be said for the other ordering too.
If we're gonna keep using noautohide on this specific panel (comment #0), we should make clicking on the highlighted anchor dismiss the panel.
