1201100 - Perma-checkerboarding when zoomed in with apz-fennec

STR:
1. Load the page at https://people.mozilla.org/~kgupta/griddiv.html
2. Pinch-zoom in to the bottom of the page (where it says "this text is below the scrolling div", trying to keep that in view)

Expected:
zoom as usual

Actual:
The painting gets screwed up and parts of the page, including that text, disappear. I have BenWa's patch from bug 1200228 applied so I don't think that's the problem. It seems like seem like the displayport is somehow wrong when we zoom in on this page.

I rebased to latest master and applied my patches from bug 1197824 as well, and now I can't reproduce this anymore. It might have been some sort of zoom mismatch problem that's fixed by those patches, or maybe it was something else that's been fixed in master. Or maybe my build is bad somehow.

I rebased to latest with out your patches for 1197824 and can easily reproduce. I will apply 1197824 and see if it still reproduces.

I can still reproduce with bug 1197824 patches applied. Did you have any other patches applied? I will continue investigation.

The patches I had applied were bug 1197824, bug 1200399, and bug 1201217. If you can still repro, great, feel free to continue investigation.

Note also that I discovered an issue that I feel is even more fundamental than this one, bug 1201529, that may actually be the cause of this one. I'll put up a WIP for that; please try it out and see if it resolves the issue here.

This may also be fixed by the patch on bug 1202290 which affects java-pzc fennec as well.
