1201173 - Permissions changed from permissions subview should immediately show up in the main view

Open http://clb.demon.fi/dump/html5_popups/?persistent
Allow offline storage
Open control center -> permissions subview
Pick another permission to allow ('access your location') and do so in the subview
Go back to main view

Expected:

The non-default permission is visible in the main view

Actual:

It's not visible in the main view (until you close and reopen the CC)

I still see the sub panel in 43.0a1 (2015-09-08). Also, are bug 1199790 and bug 1193158 still valid?

The sub-panel will show up on the security section of the control center. It will not show up on the permissions section of the control center. We released a patch in nightly that did have the sub-panel on permissions before we had finished the design. That will be reverted and not go to release.
