Details

For reasons I am not aware of, my tooltool tokens have been marked as disabled and I can no longer issue tooltool.upload.{internal,public} tokens. If this was intentional, this is a poor way to find out, and I need access to do parts of my job.
I granted vpn_tooltool_editor to Nick. I don't know how/why this went away, but it should be live "soon"
