Currently we only have 2 localized versions of google.xml: one is Japanese, the other is Kurdish.

This searchplugin was introduced because Google redirected users to an interface in Arabic (bug 449112).

While we don't ship Kurdish anymore (bug 1103991), I think having an obsolete file around is not useful. We also don't know if the problem is still there with the default en-US searchplugin.

Any strong opinion against removing the searchplugin from all repos (release, beta, aurora, central)?
This patch also removes Creative Commons (another broken searchplugin).
