1205665 - add extra IPs to aus5.mozilla.org

We switched from aus4 -> aus5 as current update server in bug 1116409. Nick realized yesterday that we only have 1 IP on aus5:
aus5.mozilla.org is an alias for aus5.vips.phx1.mozilla.com.
aus5.vips.phx1.mozilla.com has address 63.245.217.143


Whereas we have 3 on aus4:

aus4.vips.phx1.mozilla.com has address 63.245.217.138
aus4.vips.phx1.mozilla.com has address 63.245.217.219
aus4.vips.phx1.mozilla.com has address 63.245.217.43


This won't be a problem immediately, but once we ship Firefox 42 to release, the vast majority of users will be pointed at aus5, and we'll probably start seeing issues. It would be great to get ahead of this.
