User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0 Build ID: 20150916004013 Steps to reproduce: Started a build of mozilla-central with "mach run" which creates an empty scratch profile Actual results: Browser consoles shows: While creating services from category 'profile-after-change', service for entry 'Sapi Speech Synth', contract ID '@mozilla.org/synthsapi;1' does not implement nsIObserver. Expected results: This is similar to bug 1080863 Shouldn't error this message also be logged with severity=error?
