Currently the toggles are only remembered on actual clear, but if you back out the toggles reset. E.g, Settings > Clear Private Data > Toggle "Browsing History" > Settings > Clear Private Data > Browsing History has been defaulted back
This is how it works on Android, too: we don't save the selections unless the user actually goes through with clearing the data.
