Bug 1202382 will be adding bookmark records coming from Firefox Sync into the Bookmarks DataStore. That means that we may end up with thousands of extra bookmarks on the FxOS homescreen. For now we don't want to show these bookmarks on the phone cause we don't have a proper UX to do so. We will only show them on the Browser app of the TV. That's going to be handled by bug 1194091.

Because we are sharing the core of Sync between the phone and the TV and because we want a way to start testing also bookmarks sync on the phone, we need to make sure that the Bookmarks DataStore clients ignore sync records for now.

Actually, we are going to be creating an extra DataStore for Firefox Sync bookmarks. This fits well with the UX design that we currently have on the TV (and on Desktop and Android) where we show Firefox Sync bookmarks separated from the local bookmarks and we don't merge them.
