Currently the FAQ link on step 4 points at this URL:

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/tracking-protection-pbm

I'm assuming this should be changed. Can you please let me know the correct link?

New string are now up on demo2 for localizers to test against:

Testing instructions (please use Firefox 42 beta):

1. Add "https://www-demo2.allizom.org" to the comma-delimited preference `browser.uitour.testingOrigins` in about:config. It won't exist by default, so you may need to create a new preference.
2. Set `privacy.trackingprotection.introURL` to "https://www-demo2.allizom.org/%LOCALE%/firefox/%VERSION%/tracking-protection/start/".
3. Open a new private browsing window and click the blue button that says "See how this works".

If all has gone according to plan, the tour should open on demo2 and you should see a door-hanger in the corner of the page to start the tour.

If this needs to be changed we can always do a follow up bug, no sense holding up the PR any longer. Thanks
