[1.Description]:
[Flame v2.5][Music NGA] When user scroll the playlists to the end, they will find black area,the two items in end of list can't be displayed.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite: There are a lot of songs in test device.
1. Launch the NGA music app. 
2. Switch to Playlists view. 
3. Select a playlist such as "Highest rated"
4. Scroll list to the bottom quickly. 
5. Check list.

[3.Expected Result]: 
5.All music items can be displayed normal.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5.Two items at the end of the playlist can't be displayed.

This has since been resolved by the patch that landed in Bug 1209477.

Note: The reason Bug 1209477 was marked as REOPENED is due to the fact that Bug 1213381 is going to temporarily remove the new A-Z "picker" feature in <gaia-fast-list>. However, the patch in Bug 1209477 will not be reverted since it updated the <gaia-fast-list> dependency which is exactly what solved this issue with the 2 blank items at the bottom of the list views.
