Media pack fixed in GPO new install bat file created that checks for installation via a new wmic command. Verified it is getting installed during graceful shutdown or restart of the machine.

Thanks for fixing this!
Q: is there a way that we can detect this issue from happening in the future? or to more easily spot it?

Should we add some sort of preflight check?
