The Sync app is launched with per-collection options, and we plan to support a 'readOnly' option, which makes sure data is only pulled down from FxSync, and never pushed up to FxSync.

This only updates the function arguments, actual implementation of the readOnly option in DataAdapters will be a follow-up bug.
