STR:
1. Go to file a bug.
2. CC ":jdm, :bkelly, :ehsan"
3. Submit the bug
4. You will be sent to the match failed screen for ":ehsan".
5. Go back in the browser.
6. The CC box will now be empty.

It's due to the YUI -> jQuery migration. 5.0 is not affected.

I notice it also doesn't keep the state of the CC list "edit" link, which has to be re-clicked, but this is definitely an improvement.
