1217165 - Write Learn More SUMO Article for Insecure Password Warning in Control Center

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1216699 +++

We need to add a Learn More link to the subpanel on HTTP pages with password fields.  The lock witht he corssthrough will be a new icon for most users and developers.  When they see this on an HTTP page an drill down, they end up at the "More Information" button.  That button doesn't actually give them any information about this.

I believe we can add this pretty easily.

I've made a few edits (using suggest mode) in the google doc:

Can you incorporate these changes?  Or should I make them directly on the sumo page?

Also, as you advised that we leave more technical information out of sumo, I added a link to an mdn page for developers to reference - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Security/Insecure_passwords.  I will update that page to go into details about the feature and answer developer questions.

Thanks for editing the Google Doc. I've incorporated your changes into the SUMO page. Do we want the SUMO page localized into other languages at this point?

Thanks for the help Joni!  I made a couple last edits in both the google doc and on the sumo page.  Can you approve them - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/insecure-password-warning-firefox/history ?

Yes.

This page looks complete and we can close this bug out as soon as the revisions are approved.  All that is left is to update the mdn page for developers, which I will do.  Thanks for your help Joni!
