1220250 - Create a Learn More SUMO page for Push Notifications

Need a url generated like:
https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/%VERSION%/%OS%/%LOCALE%/push

Most of the content is already created on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/push/ and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1209992

We also want a link we could embed into Firefox code that links to a particular part of this Learn More page.  Is there support for url fragment identifiers in links hardcoded in the browser?  Something like:
https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/%VERSION%/%OS%/%LOCALE%/push#updated-notifications

I've set up a placeholder link that redirects https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/%VERSION%/%OS%/%LOCALE%/push. 

You can link to specific sections of the Learn More page by appending "#w_[name-of-section-on-sumo-page]" to the hardcoded link. Each section starts with a header, and the exact header text is what you'd want to use.

Need info-ing myself to add the content to the page, either this afternoon or Monday A.M. (Pacific)

Sounds good. That content is being updated on the mozilla.org page today or over the weekend, and I will link to the dependent bug.
