Affected OS`s:
- Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit
- Mac OS X 10.11.1

Unaffected OS`s:
- Windows 10 64-bit
- Windows 7 64-bit

STR:
1. Start Firefox
2. Click Hello icon
3. Click Get started
4. Open a new tab
5. Click Hello panel
- dotted rectangle
6. Start a conversation
7. Click Hello panel
- dotted rectangle


Expected results: No dotted rectangle present on buttons.

Actual results: A dotted rectangle can be seen everytime Hello panel is clicked during a conversation or not.

Notes:
- Screenshot attached showing the issue.
- Don't know if this is a recent regression, will search for one ASAP.

From an accessibility point of view, a dotted rectangle is probably actually an improvement as it shows focus.

Though maybe we should be changing the focus when the button is clicked or something...

Looks like this happens on Windows as well.

Don't know exactly from what bug it all started, there are a few related to hello.

This might not be possible to fix due to accessibility; some investigation will be required
