How often - every time, or once every 10 times, or ..?
(We'll check server-side as well, but it's useful to know what the UX is like.)

At the time I reported the bug, once in every five refreshes it was failing roughly. (I'm away from my laptop currently so can't check right now).

[Title edited due to incompatibility with kanbanization script]
Summary: geo.mozilla.org “server too busy” errors → geo.mozilla.org "server too busy" errors
As observed in bug 1233052, we're winding down the old geo.mozilla.org service in favor of converting existing use cases to MLS, which is wired up for capacity growth where the existing geo cluster is not.
So we're going to accept the current state of "server too busy" occasionally as, unfortunately, normal for this cluster. It will go away someday soon, and until then, I'm going to close this as WONTFIX since there's nothing more we can do for it.
